Terms of Use for MorphMyMeal

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of a minor or a dependent in your care, you accept these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for their use of the App.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You may delete your account and associated data at any time from the App's Settings.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

On the web version of the App, MorphMyMeal offers paid subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime) processed by our payment provider. Where available, a 7-day free trial may apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from Settings and retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Google Play / Android: In-app digital subscriptions are not sold within the Android app. Where required by Google Play, Premium features are provided without a separate in-app purchase. To purchase a subscription, use the web version of MorphMyMeal.

We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to access.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the App or its services.

5. AI & Wellness Disclaimer

MorphMyMeal uses artificial intelligence to analyse meal photos, estimate nutrition, and generate suggestions. AI output is informational only and may be inaccurate. The App is a general wellness tool and does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice, and is not a substitute for professional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health.

6. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of the meals, photos, and other information you submit. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data or your full account at any time from Settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and content we create are owned by MorphMyMeal and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding or content except as required to use the App.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MorphMyMeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated output.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
